John Power has been in public accounting since 1980, and has worked with a wide range of clients in almost every industry. John owned an accounting firm in Hettinger, North Dakota until moved to Bismarck, North Dakota and became a partner in the firm Cleveland Power & Williams. He later opened his own firm again, which he has operated to date. John is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Tax Strategist and a Certified Cash Balance Consultant.
Power CPA's practice focus is on tax planning for closely held businessess and owners, design and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, and tax consulting in areas such as exit planning, business sale or acquisitions, litigation support and tax resolution services. We intentionally maintain a limited client base so we can develop deep understanding of our client's opportunities and obstacles.
